Announce the List of amended, supplemented, and annulled administrative procedures under the management scope of the Department of Health

According to the Decision, a list of 03 administrative procedures under the management scope of the Hanoi Department of Health is announced, specifically:

02 amended and supplemented administrative procedures under the resolving authority of the Hanoi Department of Health include: Issuance of the Certificate of Eligibility for Pharmacy Business under the authority of the Department of Health (Wholesale establishments of drugs and drug materials; Retail establishments of drugs including pharmacies, medicine counters, medicine cabinets of commune health stations, and establishments specializing in the retail of herbal materials, herbal medicines, and traditional medicines) (Administrative Procedure Code: 1.014102); Notification of mobile drug retailing activities (Administrative Procedure Code: 1.014076).

01 annulled administrative procedure under the resolving authority of Commune-level People's Committees in Hanoi City includes: No. 127 in the Appendix attached to Decision No. 95/QD-TTPVHCC dated February 14, 2025, by the Director of the City Public Administrative Service Center.

The following administrative procedures shall cease to be effective: No. 127 in the Appendix attached to Decision No. 95/QD-TTPVHCC dated February 14, 2025, by the Director of the City Public Administrative Service Center; Nos. 4 and 12 in the Appendix attached to Decision No. 1080/QD-TTPVHCC dated July 18, 2025, by the Director of the City Public Administrative Service Center.

The Department of Health shall take the lead and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to draft internal procedures and electronic procedures for handling the administrative procedures announced in this Decision, and submit them to the Director of the Hanoi Public Administrative Service Center for approval in accordance with regulations. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
