Approval of internal procedures and electronic procedures for handling administrative procedures in the field of State Compensation

According to the Decision, 03 internal procedures and electronic procedures for handling administrative procedures in the field of State Compensation under the scope of state management of the Hanoi Department of Justice are approved, specifically:

02 procedures under the resolving authority at the City level:

Settlement of compensation requests at the agency directly managing the damage-causing duty performer;

Restoration of honor.

01 procedure under the resolving authority at the Commune level:

Settlement of compensation requests at the agency directly managing the damage-causing duty performer.

The following internal procedures and electronic procedures for handling administrative procedures shall cease to be effective from the effective date of this Decision:

Nos. 02 and 03 in Section I of Part A, and Ordinal No. 01 of Part B in Appendix II attached to Decision No. 309/QD-TTPVHCC dated March 13, 2026, by the Director of the City Public Administrative Service Center.

The Department of Justice shall take the lead and coordinate with the City Public Administrative Service Center and relevant agencies and units to set up and configure the electronic procedures for handling administrative procedures on the City’s Information System for Administrative Procedure Resolution, ensuring consistency with the internal procedures approved in this Decision and relevant legal provisions.

This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
