Tu Son Ward was established through the merger of Dong Ngan, Tan Hong, Dinh Bang and Phu Chan wards of the former Tu Son City. The ward is home to more than 21,000 households and around 70,000 residents living in 22 residential quarters. Bordering Hanoi and hosting numerous businesses, public agencies and educational institutions, the ward has maintained socio-economic stability, improved residents' living standards, and ensured political security and social order following the administrative merger.

Deputy Secretary Tran Huy Phuong and Vice Chairman Le Xuan Loi present flowers to congratulate the festival.
The All people protecting national security movement has been widely implemented in conjunction with community-based self-management and self-protection models. Over the past two years, local residents have provided more than 500 crime-related reports, including over 300 valuable tips that assisted the police in investigating and handling numerous cases. The ward currently maintains six effective community security models, including inter-family fire prevention and firefighting teams, a closed-circuit surveillance camera network for public security, traffic-safe construction sites, and the Female Boarding House Owners model, all of which have strengthened public participation in crime prevention and early detection at the grassroots level.

He also stressed the need to strengthen public awareness campaigns and equip residents with crime prevention skills, particularly against cybercrime and online fraud, while enhancing community awareness of self-protection and self-governance.
The Deputy Secretary also emphasized the core role of the police force in maintaining a firm grasp of local conditions, proactively advising authorities and promptly addressing emerging issues at the grassroots level to prevent security hotspots. He urged continued administrative reform to improve public services and called for greater attention to building a strong grassroots security force while expanding effective community-based security models.
