The project operates in the plastic product manufacturing sector, with primary products including PE film and PE bags, and a designed capacity of 30,000 tons per year. The facility occupies a leased factory area of ​​3,408 m² within the Dai Dong - Hoan Son Industrial Park.According to the granted license, the PE film production process comprises the following stages: use of virgin plastic pellets, drying and mixing, heating and extrusion, film casting and cooling, stretching, edge trimming, winding, inspection, packaging, and warehousing. For PE bag products, the production process includes drying and mixing, heating and extrusion, film blowing and cooling, printing, cutting and heat sealing, winding, inspection, packaging, and warehousing. To control emission sources, Han My Vietnam Joint Stock Company has invested in three exhaust gas treatment systems utilizing activated carbon adsorption technology; these include one system with a capacity of 25,000 m³/hour and others with a capacity of 48,000 m³/hour to serve the PE bag production line.Furthermore, the enterprise is required to strictly manage waste generated during production. According to the permit, the projected annual volume of regular hazardous waste is approximately 27 kg; ordinary industrial solid waste is about 1,246.65 tons; domestic solid waste is about 17,160 kg; and industrial waste requiring special control is about 15,058 kg.The Bac Ninh City People's Committee requires Han My Vietnam Joint Stock Company to implement only the licensed activities after completing the corresponding environmental protection facilities; to operate waste treatment facilities correctly and consistently; to ensure that treated waste meets environmental technical standards; and to bear legal responsibility should any environmental pollution occur.The environmental permit is valid for 10 years from the date of issuance. Official operation of the software will commence on October 16, 2026. Overall, for the first seven months of 2026, the province attracted USD13.85 billion in converted investment capital (comprising both DDI and FDI projects). Specifically regarding the FDI sector, 210 new projects were licensed with a total registered capital exceeding USD1 billion, while 169 projects underwent capital adjustments, adding USD 1.7 billion in registered capital.FDI capital continues to flow strongly into the processing and manufacturing industries, focusing on projects producing electronic components, semiconductor equipment, and high-tech products. Consequently, the province's industrial production has maintained positive growth momentum; the Index of Industrial Production (IIP) for July 2026 rose by 20.61% year-on-year, with a 19.6% increase recorded over the seven-month period. Industrial production value (at current prices) for the first seven months is estimated at VND 1.9 quadrillion, a year-on-year increase of 16.32%. Import-export activities also saw a significant surge, with a seven-month turnover estimated at USD 128.2 billion—2.68 times the figure from the same period last year—of which exports accounted for USD 62.7 billion (up 29%).P.H
